By promoting any product from Clicknamics Affiliate Marketplace, you hereby agree to the following terms of service. If an affiliate breaches the following terms, they will be instantly banned/blacklisted from promoting our products, and any future sales will be voided without warning.

Prohibited Traffic Sources:

Brand Bidding –  Affiliates may NOT bid on keywords (word, sentence, or phrase) on any search engine such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo where any part of the keyword targeted contains the product name, such as “buy [Product Name]”, “[Product Name] reviews” etc.

Spam –  Affiliates must refrain from engaging in any form of unsolicited promotion.

Advertising Standards – All affiliate promotions must comply with consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Plagiarism – Affiliates may NOT copy, transcribe, paraphrase, reproduce or otherwise use in any format any text, video, segment of video, images (including before and after images), or files found on this website or within this website’s content in their promotions other than those provided to affiliates for promotional use on the official Clicknamics affiliates page.

False Advertisement – Affiliates must refrain from using misleading before and after photos or testimonials.

Negative Marketing – Affiliates may NOT use words such as “fraud”, “scam” or similar terminology in their promotions, including but not limited to ad content, landing pages, video titles, written content, or other metadata.

Brand Representation – Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as the creators or owners of our products.

Use of Celebrities – Affiliates cannot use imagery implying personal endorsements without written consent.

Marketplace & Online Stores – Affiliates are prohibited from selling our products directly on third-party retail sites or marketplaces including but not limited to Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Facebook Marketplace.

Direct Affiliate Linking – Affiliates must not directly link to order forms or shopping carts from ads or landing pages.

Mandatory Use of Pre-Sell/Bridge Pages:

a. Use of Provided Templates: We provide affiliates with a selection of templated pre-sell or bridge pages. Affiliates are strongly encouraged to use these templates as they are designed to comply with our standards and platform guidelines.

b. Custom Pre-Sell Pages: Affiliates who choose to create their own pre-sell or bridge pages must ensure that these pages adhere to our content standards and are pre-approved by our affiliate program team before use.

c. Content Requirements: All pre-sell or bridge pages, whether templated or custom-made, must not contain misleading information, excessive advertising, or content that violates any platform’s terms of service.

Approval Process – Affiliates are required to submit any custom pre-sell or bridge page for approval prior to use. This ensures all pages meet our quality standards and comply with relevant advertising regulations and platform policies.

Penalties for Non-Compliance – Violating these terms, including the direct promotion of affiliate links or the use of non-approved pre-sell or bridge pages, will result in sanctions such as account suspension, commission withholding, or program termination.

Monitoring and Enforcement – We reserve the right to routinely monitor affiliate activities and promotion methods to ensure adherence to this policy. Affiliates must cooperate fully with any reviews or investigations pertaining to their promotional practices.

Multiple Account Creation – Affiliates are not allowed to create multiple accounts or use sub-affiliates to circumvent the program rules, artificially inflate commissions, or engage in any form of commission poaching. This includes, but is not limited to, creating accounts for the purpose of obtaining first-tier and second-tier commissions simultaneously. Any affiliate found to be engaging in self-referral or creating multiple accounts to exploit the commission structure will face immediate termination of their affiliate account and forfeiture of all earned commissions. Further legal action may be taken if deemed necessary.

Monitoring and Enforcement – We reserve the right to monitor affiliate activity for potential violations of this policy using various tracking and detection methods. Affiliates are expected to comply fully with these terms and any investigations conducted by our program.

Reporting Suspected Violations – We encourage ethical conduct among our affiliates and request that any suspected violations of this policy be promptly reported to our affiliate management team for investigation.

Consumer Act of the Philippines – All affiliates must strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines of the Philippines. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394): Ensuring all promotional activities align with the principles of consumer rights and protection as outlined in this Act, Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173): Ensuring all data collection, processing, and storage methods comply with the provisions for data privacy and security, E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792): Adhering to the guidelines and regulations set forth in this Act for all electronic transactions and online marketing activities, Philippine Competition Act (Republic Act No. 10667): Ensuring all marketing practices abide by the principles of fair competition and do not engage in deceptive or anti-competitive conduct, Guidelines and Advisories by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the National Privacy Commission (NPC): Complying with relevant advisories and guidelines issued by these bodies related to advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy, and Other relevant Philippine laws and regulations: Affiliates are also expected to comply with any other pertinent local laws and regulations that govern marketing and consumer protection.

Customer Service – Affiliates acknowledge that customer service is the responsibility of the product brand.

Penalties for Violation – Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of affiliate status and commission forfeiture.
